Frequently asked questions
Everything clients usually want to know about appointments, payment and what specialized foot care does — and does not — cover.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Sole Wellness is by appointment only. Please book your appointment online using our booking system.
Booking ahead is what makes the unhurried, one-client-at-a-time approach possible — there are no walk-ins.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Sole Wellness does not accept or bill insurance. All services are private-pay.
Are you a medical professional?
No. Sole Wellness is a professional foot-care service, not a medical practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Dacia is a NYS Licensed Nail Specialist with advanced foot care training and a Certified Master Pedicurist credential — a foot care specialist, not a physician or podiatrist.
What if I have a foot or nail condition?
If you have a foot or nail concern, please review our service information before booking. Some conditions may be outside our scope of practice and may require evaluation by a medical professional.
If that turns out to be the case at your appointment, we will tell you directly rather than proceeding.
Not sure which service is right for you?
Review our service descriptions to find the best fit for your needs. If you are still unsure, you are welcome to contact us with a question before booking.
Where is Sole Wellness located?
221 Highland Pkwy, Buffalo, NY 14223. We serve clients from across Buffalo and Western New York.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are booked online through our Square booking page. If you would like to ask a question before you commit to a service, use the contact form and we will get back to you.
Still have a question? There is no such thing as a silly one where feet are concerned. Send it over and you will get a straight answer — including if the honest answer is that you need a medical professional instead of us.
